This CapstoneEDU learning module is designed to support you in your efforts to elevate your personal resilience and to lead efforts that positively impact the resilience of others - in your department(s) and/or entire organization.
Through this flexible and experiential approach to adult learning, you'll move through 6 Levels of Learning, broken down into 32 "missions" (. . . bite-sized learning followed by activities of processing/practicing).
You determine your pace throughout the course. The estimated time commitments are:
Level 1 - 4 Missions - 1.25 to 2.25 Hours
Level 2 - 6 Missions - 1.0 to 1.25 Hours
Level 3 - 6 Missions - 1.0 to 1.25 Hours
Level 4 - 6 Missions - 1.0 Hour
Level 5 - 6 Missions - 1.0 Hour
Level 6 - 4 Missions - 0.25-0.5 Hour
Levels 2-3 will guide you through the development of a personal resiliency plan.
Level 4 will focus on department/team resiliency efforts.
Level 5 will focus on organization-side resiliency efforts.
This course is packed with great instruction, as well as great resources/examples - and, a "Community" that will connect you with other leaders also participating in the course as well as course mentor(s).
Nursing Contact Hours: Attendee must attend the full presentations and pass the test to receive the Capstone Leadership Training completion certificate. Contact hours are awarded upon completion of the course. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing: Provider #16063. Approved for 5.5 Contact Hours.
Beginner or Advanced Learners: If you are new to leadership or to this content, you'll want to complete every mission in this course. If you are an experienced leader and/or maybe one that has adopted some or all of these tactics after participating in our live training or reading our book, The Employee Experience, you may find select the option to SKIP missions or practice activities that are ones you have already mastered in the past.

Level 01 Getting Started
Consider your motivation for taking this course, assess your starting point, and get an "orientation overview" on tactics for elevating resilience.

Level 02 Foundations
This level is foundational to building resiliency plans for individuals (in Level 3) and groups (in Levels 4 & 5). This is a "tactic-packed" level of learning.

Level 03 Personal Rituals & Routines
In this level, you'll walk through the creation of your own personal plan using the approach of rituals and routines to get READY (for work), REFRESH (during work), RECOVERY (after work), and RECHARGE (your non-working time). You are sure to love this approach to elevating your resilience!

Level 04 Resilient Departments/Teams
In this level, you'll consider how Resilience Rituals and Routines can be applied to groups (and individual department or work-unit/team) and you'll be guided through the development of a group plan.

Level 05 Resilient Organizations
Consider "hot-topics" such as organizational change fatigue and psychological safety and its impact on the resilience of a workforce. As well, consider what internal and outside resources can be harnessed to support an organization-wide resilience plan.

Level 06 Wrap Up
To wrap up the course, you'll schedule the 6-month re-evaluation of your resiliency plan(s), take a short quiz, complete the course evaluation and download the completion (CEU) certificate.
