Consider your motivation for taking this course, assess your starting point, and get an "orientation overview" on tactics for elevating resilience.
This level is foundational to building resiliency plans for individuals (in Level 3) and groups (in Levels 4 & 5). This is a "tactic-packed" level of learning.
Personal Rituals & Routines
In this level, you'll walk through the creation of your own personal plan using the approach of rituals and routines to get READY (for work), REFRESH (during work), RECOVERY (after work), and RECHARGE (your non-working time). You are sure to love this approach to elevating your resilience!
In this level, you'll consider how Resilience Rituals and Routines can be applied to groups (and individual department or work-unit/team) and you'll be guided through the development of a group plan.
Consider "hot-topics" such as organizational change fatigue and psychological safety and its impact on the resilience of a workforce. As well, consider what internal and outside resources can be harnessed to support an organization-wide resilience plan.
To wrap up the course, you'll schedule the 6-month re-evaluation of your resiliency plan(s), take a short quiz, complete the course evaluation and download the completion (CEU) certificate.
